New from Trinity – Government Facility Financing

New in 2019 – Trinity helped to secure a competitive financing package (Government Facility Financing) for a client who was contracted to build a new VA Clinic facility in Northwest Indiana.

This was a three-step process, first we secured loan financing from a lending partner to acquire and secure the land site.  Second, we work with a land survey company and a county government agencies to have the land parcel replot,  and the third, we secured construction and permanent financing terms that included 100% financing with very competitive long-term rates for 16 ½ years (included construction period) with a DSC coverage of 1.05x. 

Trinity was responsible to help organized the team to subdivide the land parcel into two parcels before the construction and permanent financing portion would close.  One land parcel will be the new VA Facility.  Trinity also helped orchestrate meetings with a construction management firm, architect, general contractor to put together a cohesive team to make sure the project would be successful.
